Saul Kagan is Executive Vice President Emeritus, Corporate Secretary and Special Consultant to the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany (Claims Conference). Mr. Kagan has been associated with the Claims Conference since its creation in 1951 by the major Jewish organizations throughout the world. He was a member of the Claims Conference delegation that negotiated the Luxemburg Agreements with the Federal Republic of Germany in 1952, as well as in subsequent negotiations. In the immediate post-World War II period, he served as Chief of Financial Intelligence of the U.S. Military Government in Germany.
