Fürstengrube

The Fürstengrube concentration camp was set up in September 1943. It was one of the larger subcamps of the Auschwitz concentration camp. It was located in Fürstengrube (in Polish, Wesoła), 5 kilometers (3 miles) southwest of Myslowitz. The prisoners had to work in a coal mine.
